Mayor of Indjija Peter Filipovic
announced the arrival of new investors in our municipality. Indonesian company
"Indofood " bought 5 acres of land in north-eastern industrial zone,
and will produce instant soups and pastas in Indjija.
"The process of negotiations
was completed early last week, our investors from Indonesia bought five acres
of land at auction, which is located directly behind the Grundfos factory. At
the moment it is estimated that Indonesians will invest over 11 million euros in factory , and the
plan is that by the end of next year 200 people will be employed " - said
the Mayor of Indjija, Petar Filipovic.
As the Mayor said, the investors
plan to begin construction in the spring of 2014th and it should be completed
in the end of the 2014.
"For us it is important that
this year did not pass without the arrival of investors in Indjia. Besides several
brownfield investments, we now have a large greenfield investments, which will
significantly reduce the number of unemployed people in our municipality "
- said Peter Filipovic.
Company " Indofood " was
founded in 1990. in Jakarta and it produces food products.
